From March 6th to 10th the Chrudim Puppetry Museum in cooperation with non-profit company Šance pro tebe organizes a spring holiday camp for children of Ukrainian refugees living in Chrudim. The program includes creative workshops focused on puppets, games in the museum exposition and readings from the book My Fairytale World, written by a nine-year-old Ukrainian boy, Danylo Senchyk, who lived as a refugee for some time in the Czech Republic. We hope that the children will like the program and it will help them get closer to Czech culture. We also hope to make it easier for their working parents to take care of their children during spring holidays. In addition to the Chrudim Puppetry Museum and Šance pro tebe, another Chrudim company, Auto Mercia a.s. also significantly participates in the organization of the camp. They provideed financial donation to ensure the necessary expenses related to catering and insurance for the children. We hereby thank them for their generosity!
